JobHire.AI is a vertical AI agent that helps users find a job by automating job applications. We leverage LLMs to analyze resumes, job seeker preferences, and job descriptions. We seek a Prompt Engineer to help refine our prompts and improve job-matching accuracy.
Role Overview
We seek a skilled Prompt Engineer experienced in optimizing prompts to ensure accurate, deep, and efficient job-matching results. The ideal candidate will work on refining prompts to minimize hallucinations, integrate user feedback, and optimize token usage to reduce LLM costs.
Job Expectations
- Develop LLM prompts to assess job-match rates based on user resumes, preferences, and job descriptions.
- Ensure prompts incorporate user-defined parameters (title, location, salary, industry, and 20+ additional factors).
- Enhance matching with a user’s past experiences, roles, and inferred competencies.
- Minimize hallucinations in match scoring.
- Design a feedback loop in prompts so that user rejections/approvals of suggested jobs improve future matching accuracy.
- Optimize prompts for token efficiency, ensuring costs remain controlled without compromising quality.
- Conduct A/B tests and iterative refinements based on performance.
- Collaborate with developers to align prompt engineering with the overall architecture.
Required Experience
- Strong understanding of AI-driven recommendation systems (experience in recruitment platforms is a plus).
- Prior work with customizing LLM responses based on user preferences and historical data.
- Experience with reducing hallucinations and improving AI response reliability.
- Ability to balance LLM accuracy with cost efficiency.
- Familiarity with A/B testing in prompts.
